この度、第89回日本循環器学会学術集会YIA(Basic Research部門)最優秀賞を受賞させて頂き、大変光栄に存じます。本研究では、脳視床下部で産生されるオキシトシンが肝臓の脂質代謝機構を制御することで、動脈硬化の進行を抑制していることを見出しました。さらに、社会的孤独ストレスによってこのオキシトシンを介した脳肝連関が破綻すると、脂質代謝の恒常性が崩れ、動脈硬化が促進されるという新たなメカニズムを明らかにしました。本研究を通じてご指導・ご助言を賜りました先生方、そして多大なるご支援をいただいた全ての関係者の皆様にこの場を借りて深く御礼申し上げます。

この度はYIA(Basic Research)優秀賞を受賞することができ、大変嬉しく光栄に存じます。幹細胞分化において代謝制御は重要であり、本研究ではヒト多能性幹細胞から心筋分化過程における代謝変動に着目しました。その結果、セリン合成経路が心筋分化誘導を制御していることを発見し、代謝制御による心筋分化誘導法を開発して報告しました。研究に際し貴重なご助言、ご指導をいただきました多くの先生方に深く御礼申し上げます。

It is my deepest honor and greatest pleasure to have been awarded 1st place in the YIA (International student category) at the 89th Annual Scientific meeting of JCS. In this study, we found that Sipa1-driven cardiac fibroblast-immune axis promotes inflammation and aggravates post-MI wound healing response. I would like to sincerely express my heartfelt gratitude to all the collaborators and mentors who provided unwavering support and guidance throughout this journey.
